Not much to post today. I’ve been working on a retaining wall after work all week and I’m getting a bit wiped out.

So instead, I shall give you a link to an apple I discovered recently that has blown away all other apples. It’s hard and long storing like a Gala, has a thin skin like a Gala, has a firm sweetness like a golden delicious, and is one of the best tasting apples I’ve ever eaten. I’ve been eating a lot of this apple this year since getting several pounds of them up near my inlaws.

The apple is called Ambrosia. It’s a mix of the golden delicious and Jonagold.

I’m going to try making some apple butter with them this weekend.
